Who we are

OPUFY is a small independent shop operated as a sole proprietorship, not a corporation. Contact: opufyco@gmail.com.

What we collect and why

• Name, email, and shipping address when you place an order, so the order can be fulfilled and shipped.
• Payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor; it does not touch our servers.
• Email address if you join the newsletter separately from checkout.
• Cookies and analytics: We do not use separate marketing or advertising analytics tools today. The site and checkout may set cookies required to keep you signed in to a session, remember cart contents, and complete an order.

Who we share information with

We share order information only as needed to run the shop:

• We share your name and shipping address with a third-party fulfillment provider so your order can be printed and shipped to you. They also receive the order email and order contents needed to fulfil it.
• Payment information is collected and processed by our third-party payment processor; it does not touch our servers.
• Order, product, and newsletter data may be stored with our database provider.
• Order and shipping messages may be sent through our transactional email service.
• The site is hosted on a third-party cloud hosting platform.

We do not sell your personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for fulfilment, customer support, accounting, and legal requirements, typically up to seven years for tax and bookkeeping. Newsletter emails stay until you unsubscribe. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter using the link in those emails, or email us.
• Ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing opufyco@gmail.com.

California privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, correct inaccurate information, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To make a request, email opufyco@gmail.com. We will verify the request before responding. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf where the law allows. We may ask for proof that the agent is authorized to act for you, and we may still need to verify your identity directly before we respond.

International visitors

Right now we ship within the United States only. This policy is written primarily for US customers. If we later ship internationally or process data of people in the EU/UK, we will update this section with those rules.

Children

OPUFY is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
