The shop

OPUFY sells merchandise we design. Orders are printed to order by our production partner and shipped to you. What you pay and receive is what checkout and your order confirmation show.

Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. We may cancel or refuse an order if there is an error, suspected fraud, or a fulfilment problem, and we will refund you if payment already went through.

Prices are listed in USD and may change. Taxes and shipping are shown at checkout when applicable.

Made to order

Items are printed after you order. Production and shipping timing is described on Shipping & returns. Please read that page before you buy.

Shipping and returns

Shipping times, split shipments, replacements for damaged or lost orders, and the limits on change-of-mind returns are set out on Shipping & returns. Those rules are part of these terms.

Accounts and accuracy

You are responsible for giving a correct email and shipping address. If an address error causes a failed delivery after shipment, reshipment rules on the shipping page apply.

Intellectual property

The OPUFY name, logo, site design, and product artwork belong to us unless noted otherwise. You may not copy or reuse them for your own products or branding without written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site: no scraping that harms the service, no attempts to break security, and no fraudulent orders.

Disclaimer

The site and products are provided as available. We work hard to get orders right, but we do not promise uninterrupted site access or that every blank, print, or carrier handoff will be perfect. Your legal rights for defective goods still apply under California and US law where they cannot be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, OPUFY is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes

We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms for future orders.
